OFFICE / REP / MARKETING ASSISTANTS - GROCERY

Job Description:
. Giving quotations to Customers as required
. Taking Customers orders through telephone or walkins
. Travelling out and doing Road Sales as required
. Handling Customer all Complaints
. Operating Computerized Ordering systems
. Travel out on Road Sales and take orders as required
. Client Entertainment
. Prepare and present Sales Reports
. Organise / Load / Stack cargo for shipment
. Ensure that all Company product lines are merchandised in Supermarkets
. Ensure that products are cleaned, wiped and arranged in eye cathing locations in Supermarkets by Merchandisers
. liaise with Supermarket Managers for Merchandising spaces
. To sell and ensure all agency lines are distributed and merchandised
. Collecting all outstanding Payments from Customers
. Raising picking slips from Customer orders
. Ensure that Credit notes are raised on all goods returned

Qualifications:
. Grade 6, 10 & above
. Able to use Modems to transfer information as required
. Gorocery Product Knowledge
. Product Merchandising knowledge
. Administration skills
. Can work with minimum supervision
. Honest Good Communication skills and persuasive
. Can work with minimum supervision
. Current Class 1 Driver's license
. More than 2 Years experience

GILLETTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description:
. Develop and grow Gillette Brand
. Sell in Gillette Lines into Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Trade stores, Service stations, Tucker boxes
. Merchandise and display all Gillette lines in Supermarkets, Trade Stores, tucker boxes and Service stations
. Train Retailers, Store Managers along with current SK staff on all Gillete Brands
. Take all Customers Orders and Handle all Customers complaints
. Travel out and do Road Sales
. Merchandise and display all Gillette Product Lines only
. Clean, refill and maintain Gillette products on shelves

Qualifications:
. Grade 6, 10 & above
. Current Class 1 Driving license
. Merchandising skills with a Sales skills
. Basic reconciliation skills
. Good Communication skills and Can work with minimum supervision
. Honest, Reliable, Trustworthy and Assertive
. Neat and Well present
. More than2 years experience

SALES ASSISTANTS

Job Description:
. Sending Reports by Modem as required
. Typing documents as required
. Giving quotations to Customers as required
. Taking Customers orders through telephones or walkins
. Merchandising or display of Company products
. Ensure that stocks are properly labelled prior to stocktakes
. Accurately count stocks and Deliver of cargo to Customers
. Ensure that all Sales documents are filed away properly
. Ensure that stock are properly labeled prior to stocktake
. Ensure that the shelves are cleaned and maintained at all times
. Prepare cargo for pickup and Pick cargo from pickslip

Qualifications:
. Grade 6, 10 & above
. Merchandising skills with Customer service skills
. Artistic skillss, Confident and well spoken
. Good Communication skills
. Cheerful personality
. Creative
. "Proactive" / Good Planning skills
. Well groomed & cleaned
