SALESMAN

Job Description:
.Giving quotations to Customers as required
. Taking orders from Customers through telephone or walkins
. Travelling out and doing Road Sales as required
. Merchandising or display of Company products
. Filing up and maintaining shelves with products
. Raising delivery dockets
. Prepare and present Sales reports
. Prepare / Label stock for stocktake
. Organise / Load / Stack cargo for shipment
. Stack / Arrange/ Label cargo on shelves
. Shrink wrap cargo
. Assist in Loading and unloading containers
. Ensure goods are checked against picking slips before being packed
. Ensure goods are checked against invoices prior to going out Customers
. Count all stock
. Reconcile stock inventory reports against actual stock

Qualifications:
. Grade 10 & above
. Customer Service certificate
. Good Product Knowledge
. Good Customer Service skills
. Good communication skills
. Well presented, Assertive and Honest
. Class 3 Driver's License
. More than 3 years experience

SALESMAN SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
. Ensure that documents are faxed and filed accordingly
. Explain to Employee on their hours
. Ensure that stock picked are according to what Customers order
. Ensure that all outstanding payments are collected from Customers
. Ensure that quotations are given to Customers as required
. Ensure that orders are taken properly through telephone or walkin Customers
. Handling all Customers complaints
. Ensure that Credit notes are raised on all goods returned
. Ensure that all products are merchandised
. Ensure that good Housekeeping is kept by all staff
. Ensure that products are cleaned and that the prices are correct
. Ensure that all goods are checked against picking slips and invoices
. Ensure all delivery are raised for all goods going out and are properly labell
. Ensure that stock are accurately counted and reconciled against stock inventory reports
. Ensure key accounts are maintained and that all necessary documents are prepared and forwarded to accounts for processing

Qualifications:
. Grade 6, 10 & above
. Inventory systems and Invoicing systems
. Meticulous with numbers
. Computing skills / knowledge
. Supervision skills with Artictic skills
. Good understanding of the pay system
. Honest, Well presented, Committed, Punctual and able to work under pressure,
. Leadership skills with 3-4 years experience

MERCHANDISER / FOOD DEMONSTRATOR GROCERY

Job Description:
. Taking all Customers orders through telephone and walkins
. Handling of all Customers complaints
. Merchandising or display of products
. Ensure that the Company premises are kept clean and tidy
. Do displays on all Company Products and Product Promotions
. Do stock rotations on products
. Carry out Merchandising duties in designated areas
. Picking goods as per pick slips and Load cargo into containers
. Do shelf relays and Gondola End displays
. Ensure that the shelves are cleaned and maintained at all times
. Deliver cargo to Customers

Qualifications:
. Grade 6, 10 & above
. Merchandising skills with Customer service skills
. Artistic skillss, Confident and well spoken
. Good Communication skills
. Cheerful personality
. Creative
. "Proactive" / Good Planning skills
. Well groomed & cleaned
